Note the following schedule change : Cathy's 7:00 pm Flow + Nidra class will now include 80 minutes of movement to banish winter blues and attune you to the energy of spring. The final 20 minutes in yoga nidra will sooth your nervous system and leave you rested and restored. It will now end at 8:20.
