B Sweeney
B is drawn to yoga for its ability to be therapeutic. As a lifelong athlete and adrenaline junkie, she loves to go fast; but as someone who has suffered numerous injuries, she also understands that moving fast ALL the time is not sustainable. Enter yoga. Yoga taught her how to slow down, create balance, and learn how to move again. From a background in athletics, physical therapy, Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, B hopes to help students learn how to navigate gravity in a meaningful way to optimize their function. She is inspired by some of the greats such as Tiffany Cruikshank, Annie Carpenter, and Bree Dillon, who teach a fusion of traditional wisdom with modern biomechanical intelligence.
As a teacher, her goal is to help students build a practice that creates a sense of freedom from moving intelligently, fluidly, and dynamically. For more- see her website.

Cathy French
Cathy is a passionate teacher and Reiki Master who followed her heart from Ireland to Humboldt with the intention of facilitating wholehearted Yoga experiences that are emotionally enriching and physically nourishing. She plans sequences that emphasize breath, self love, subtle body awareness and empowerment. She encourages her students to listen deeply to the wisdom of their bodies and trust their intuition.
Cathy takes inspiration from the seasons, the Celtic calendar and our local woods, beaches and mountains. A devoted student of Yoga, she is constantly taking notes and gathering insights to share with her students. Her interests include the neuroscience of Meditation and Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep), Bhakti Yoga and Kirtan.
She is profoundly influenced by and grateful for her teacher Shiva Rea. For more information visit her website.
Dayna Cryder
During one of Dayna’s classes you can expect a unique blend of physical postures, movement, breath, stretching, meditation, mantra and deep relaxation. Dayna's Kundalini Yoga journey began in 2008 and led to her training to teach through Golden Bridge Yoga with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, Gurushabd Singh Khalsa, and Amanbir Singh. Dayna is honored to be sharing the tradition of Kundalini Yoga, which she views as a powerful and graceful practice, effective in supporting individuals to find the infinite nature that they hold within themselves.

Jenni's focus is on helping students find emotional release in the body. Her classes center around vigorous Vinyasa flows to help the mind to quiet and the heart to come alive. With a background as a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist, her style is influenced by the theory that our bodies hold our experiences.
She believes that by deepening our connection to ourselves through breath and awareness of our holding patterns, we can learn to surrender, and truly transform our bodies and minds from the inside out. She was trained in Seattle with Bob Smith and Ki McGraw and has also been deeply influenced by her teacher Karen Haskarl.
Jenni maintains a practice as a yoga therapist and has been teaching since 2008. More information can be found at her website.

Jess Bell
At the heart of Jess's inner work is Sthira Sukham Asanam, "stand firm and easy." A place of sacredness & deep focus (sthira) blended with joy and relaxation (sukha). Born on the east coast, having lived in Pennsylvania, Captiva Island, San Diego and now Humboldt, Jessica holds high respect for the body's ability to guide us internally through movement exploration. Which is what ultimately led her to Humboldt to set down intentional roots. She believes our bodies are our guides on this earth, the more we tend to them, the more we are able to purposefully & joyfully navigate our lives into deeper fullness.
Jess believes that everyone is your teacher, and as Ram Das said, "We're all just walking each other home." Some of her greatest teachers have been Shiva Rea & Maria Garre, Sarah Yukie Gingrich, and Cailin Callahan.
Her style is fresh, holy & explorative. She upholds that healing what has come before us gives us permission to approach everything with curiosity and childlike wonder.

Jess Trudeau
A nomad at heart, Jess has skipped around this great wide world and chose Humboldt to make a nest given it’s dramatic landscape and full hearted cOMmunity. You can find her out surfing it’s wild waves, feeding chickens with her 4 year old son Kai, planting succulents, or spending hours coated in clay in her pottery studio.
Her classes are soaked in yoga's rich philosophy and paletted history, mindful alignment and thoughtful sequencing, and lit up by her never-ending search for play and creativity. Infused with mantras on harmonium, hand mudras, breath pranayamas, and insightful intentions to shake you out of routine and invite you into your body. Jess seeks to guide students along the path of strength and integrity while cultivating joy and gratitude for this fantastic life.
Jess carries 900 hours of advanced certifications from Yogaworks, Laughing Lotus, Blissology and Heartwood Institute, is Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 certified with experience leading 300 hour teacher trainings. She joyfully invites you to step into the flow with her (or catch a wave).

Suzanne Dunning
Suzanne aims to make yoga accessible and enjoyable, while helping students build focus and strength. She encourages her students to modify the practice to suit their own needs; following the breath and learning to allow the heart to lead the practice.

She trained with Alice Joanou, a Vinyasa teacher in the TKV Desikachar lineage, Leslie Kaminoff of The Breathing Project in New York, Karin Gurtner of Slings in Motion/Art of Motion, Christopher Wallis (Sanskrit/Tantric scholar) and Christopher Tompkins (Tantric scholar).

She creates sequences which pair movement and breath, with moments of stillness to savor the sensations that are present. She teaches from her heart, with an emphasis on encouraging listening to our inner teacher...the one who knows us best. Focused on listening, we can then breathe, expand, explore, and grow into our most authentic self.
Stephanie completed her 200 hr. training locally and her 300 hrs. of training through Spirit Rock Meditation Center in 2014. She is an avid learner and draws from the deep yogic wisdom of Judith Hanson Lasater. She is also inspired and delighted by the Buddhist teachings of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche. Her class is suitable and modifiable for students of all ages and levels. Classes are usually set to music but not always. Expect something new every time. Bring your curiosity!
