Establish a morning practice of self-care (dinacharya) that will ground and support you as we move into the darker, colder months. Dinacharya is modeled around earth rhythms, and aimed at nurturing and detoxifying your body. Some of the practices include: self-massage, oil pulling, dry brushing, yogic cleansing movements, and aromatherapy.
As opposed to extreme cleanses, which can be traumatizing to the body and disruptive to your life, dinacharya is a gentle and pleasurable way of creating extraordinary health and setting a sweet and loving tone to your day. You will learn how to modify and incorporate these grounding practices into even the busiest daily routine.
This workshop is open to all.
