Deepen your practice by moving safely into back bends this Sunday. This special, flowing Vinyasa class will be taught by Jacqueline Johnson and will focus on heart-opening poses.
Jacqueline trained in the Vinyasa tradition at Frog Lotus Yoga in Bali. She is also a massage therapist and physical therapist. She is originally from Germany but lives locally with her husband and her son.
