This is a four week series designed to help pregnancy be more comfortable and enjoyable. This class uses breath, gentle movements, and yoga poses to help promote ease during pregnancy, and prepare body, mind, and spirit for a smooth and beautiful birth. Each class will be created around a theme: week one: getting comfortable, week two: finding your breath, week three: opening up and week four: letting go.
All levels welcome, No previous yoga experience required. There is one scholarship position for this class available if you do not have the funds to attend- to apply please send an email explaining your desire to practice yoga to email@example.com

Jodie DiMinno is a 500hr certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor, Doula and massage therapist. She specializes in prenatal and restorative yoga, offering her knowledge and support to pregnant women and their families so that they may experience pregnancy and birth as magical an deeply transformative events. It is one of Jodie's greatest joys to share the deep sense of peace and grace she finds through the practice of yoga.
