Winter Sādhanā

***The Sadhana is almost full- there are two positions still pending so please email me if you're wanting to join-

Sādhanā : "a means of accomplishing something", 1. is an ego-transcending spiritual practice. 2. It includes a variety of disciplines in order to achieve various spiritual or ritual objectives.

Friday mornings:  January 6th- January 27th-

7:00 - 9:00

Deepen your practice in the refuge of winter. This is a committed four-week series and set period of time to ground into your strength by creating (or recreating) a home yoga practice.  Setting periods of increased intensity for the practice help it grow and thrive. Creating this sacred morning practice will help you step into your power and live a more authentic and directed life.

Woven into this practice is The Work That Reconnects- Joanna Macy's work for helping us find peace within the changing state of our seemingly unraveling world.

Establishing a home practice can bring ground to our lives. It is in many ways so much harder to establish than going to a class. It's easier to get discouraged and distracted. It takes tremendous discipline and self-forgiveness. However, the rewards are tremendous: it will give you a sense of empowerment and self-resiliency that can't be gained in any yoga class.
