Gratitude, Rest & Digest :: A Thanksgiving Practice

Gratitude is one of the highest vibrations of our hearts.  Put your Gratitude into motion with this special Thanksgiving class.  The practice will open with an steady, heart-opening movement meditation to activate the digestive fire and embody the energy of thankfulness.  

We will then ease into a nourishing, essential oil-Infused restorative sequence, offering space to sink deeper into feelings of gratitude and integrate thankful intention.

After a long savasana, reawaken to a refreshed body and mind and an open heart.
