New Year Strength Series


Step into the New Year and feel the days get longer while your body gets stronger!

((( This is a morning re-boot )))

Join Emily Benvie for an early morning reset for your whole system- a series designed to help you reawaken and build vibrancy back into your body after the lethargy of the holiday season and the darkest days of the year.

Each week will focus on a different area of the body- starting from the foundation of the legs, moving in the second week into a burn through the core center, and extending that strength to the shoulders and arms in the third week. The final week will culminate with upbeat yet grounded flows designed to integrate strength and vibrancy throughout the entire system.

Classes will begin by softening the stiffness that often comes with early mornings and then will build heat and strength. Each class will be modifiable to suit all levels and will be intentionally set to a fun and uplifting playlist. Expect to leave feeling awakened and ready to move through your day with steady ease.

Tuesdays and Thursday mornings January 8th- January 31st

$64 early bird/$72 regular*

*alternately mail a check to Tosha Yoga PO Box 645 Arcata, CA 95518. If you need to cancel the class you will be issued credit for classes if you cancel within 7 days of the class beginning. If you cancel after 7 days there will be no refund.

Emily integrates her yoga teaching in to her life as a community advocate and change-maker. She studied with Suzanne Dunning and believes our body is our greatest teacher. She aims to create space for students to experience their internal perception of their body and to allow it to align us with our heart and our inner wisdom.

She focuses on building a strong foundation and encouraging an individual practice. Her aim is to help students feel grounded in their bodies so they may step into their clearest, most vibrant self.
