Vinyasa

monday 9:00 - 10:15 am & wednesday 9:00 - 10:15 am

with Kati Knapp

Join Kati for an energetic flow rooted in breath, designed to awaken, inspire, and connect. This all-levels class invites you to meet yourself where you are—offering both advanced postures and mindful variations to support you in a practice that feels empowering and aligned with your body.

Through intentional movement and presence, you’ll meet the edges of both body and mind, building strength, deepening awareness, and softening where you once held on. Expect to clear built-up energy and move in a way that’s both expansive and grounding.

This is a practice of reverence—for the body, the breath, and the space you create within. Come ready to explore and leave with a deeper sense of clarity and what it means to feel fully alive.

Strength Flow

monday 5:30-7pm & wednesday 5:30-7 pm & friday 4:30-5:30

with Suzanne

Drawing on the diverse field of yoga and aimed at helping you get stronger and more resilient by moving through challenge.

Based primarily on Ashtanga and Vinyasa traditions but drawing on practices to help joint stability, connective tissue health, and nervous system restoration.

This class is open to all levels and expects you to know how to pace yourself and rest when necessary.

The room is heated most of the year - not nearly to the temperature of a hot yoga class but warm enough to really invite the release of sweating and tissues to loosen

Meditation Lab

tuesday 12-12:30

with Damla

A mid-day meditation by donation

We begin with a partner breathing practice; sharing touch and presence.

From this softened space, we explore a lesson from A Course in Miracles—a self-study spiritual thought system designed to facilitate personal transformation by shifting perception from fear-based thinking to love and forgiveness.

Then, we share 20 minutes of silence.

This space is for anyone interested in mind watching—observing thoughts like a flickering TV show, with the playful attitude of:

“WOW.”

Wind Down Flow & Sound Bath

thursday 7 - 8:30 pm

with Angie

In this class, we will ease into deeper connection with breath and body before a slow yet strong asana practice. Emphasis will be placed on the breaths ability to change our shape from within, creating a gradual invitation for the subtle body to speak.

Practice will close with an opportunity for deep restorative rest in savasana accompanied by a crystal bowl sound bath.

Slow Strength

monday & friday 12 - 1:00 pm

with Serena

| 60 minutes | All levels welcome

Move slowly. Breathe deeply. Build strength from the inside out.

Slow Strength is designed to help you find power and stability through intentional, unhurried movement. We'll learn classic sun salutations and explore seated, standing, and supine poses with an emphasis on expansive alignment — creating space in the body while building the strength that holds it all together. All poses are woven together with mindful transitions that are just as important as the poses themselves.

The pace of this class is deliberate. Slow movement asks more of your muscles, steadies your nervous system, and gives you the time to actually feel what you're doing. You'll practice conscious breathing throughout, using the breath as your guide in and out of each transition.

Come as you are. No prior yoga experience needed — just a willingness to slow down.

Slow Flow

saturday 10:30-11:30

sunday 9 - 10 am

with Serena or Suzanne

A class aimed at all levels and all abilities- mostly designed to build core and spinal articulation- there will be few standing poses. This class is suitable for those just beginning a yoga practice or those who are wanting a nurturing way to build the practice.

Sunday Vinyasa Church

sunday 10:30 - 12 pm

with Suzanne

Come home to your self with a class aimed at helping to renew what has become tired and dull you so that you can return to a radiant, open heart.

Sundays are historically rest days for a reason- We need time ‘outside’ of time. But in order to rest, many of us need first to move in a strong, dynamic way- to make the friction that melts the inner tension we feel as stagnation and limitation.

More advanced postures will be offered with a modified, accessible alternative.

Step onto your mat and enter the portal- sacred time where the body becomes prayer.
