Let’s build strength, through mindful movements and carefully considered alignment.

One of the gifts of yoga is that we can build and maintain strength while also cultivate flexibility in mind, body and spirit.

In this lighthearted class we will build strength by each grunt and shake, awakening our full capacity.

Explore & Restore

tuesday 7 - 8:30 pm

with Jen

A gentle candlelit yoga practice with an emphasis on nervous system regulation and the subtle body that prepares you to let go into an open space of free movement exploration to a curated playlist. The class closes with deep rest and meditation.

This is an all levels class for those who crave the inner space to digest and explore. A great fit for introverts who enjoy ecstatic dance but would like a more intimate, internal experience.

Be moved by the pulse of life and rest in the fullness of who you are.

with Jacqueline

In this unique class, Jacqueline is combining the ancient techniques of cupping therapy, movement and breath into cupping Yoga.

Fascia is the matrix of our body, the tissue that connects every fiber of our physical being. It wraps around every muscle fiber and supports every structure in your body.

This class will focus on a different area each week, to release any sticky/stagnant tissue and to create space internally. Jacqueline will be placing a cup on your skin (prepared with oil or cream) and lead you threw gentle movements to increase blood flow and mobility in the area the cup is placed.

Cupping therapy creates a vacuum and pulls pathogens and stagnation to the surface, it stimulates healing and helps the body to recover from injuries faster. Discolorations can occur, but will disappear mostly within 7 days.  Come and breathe your tissue into being!

Dynamic Yin

thursday 7 - 8:30 pm

with Kismet

Step into a 90-minute journey where time becomes fluid, and the essence of stillness and movement intertwine in a dance of serenity. Under the soft glow of ambient light, find your sanctuary on the mat.

Surrender to the sacred pause. Poses unfold like verses, each a silent sonnet, inviting you to linger in the beauty of stillness. Time slows, and the body becomes a canvas for deep stretches, harmonizing with the quiet melody of breath.

Together, let's create poetry on the mat, where the practice invites you to be both the dancer and the dance. Please arrive a few moments early to settle into this sacred space.

Energizing Flow

with Angie

This class aims to assist students in passing through the energetic gate of the “weekend” with a greater sense of freedom through embodiment.

This class serves all levels and will invite you to explore your unique limits with honesty and reverence. We will somatically explore our edges, slough off physical and energetic stagnation, and create space for the spirit to fully occupy the body once again. Together we will study how our capacity to let breath in translates to our ability to let life in.

We strive to leave the mat primed to meet our families, communities, and selves with bright hearts, balanced minds, and grounded bodies.”

We close class with a mini crystal bowl sound bath in savasana

Come home to your true self with a class aimed at helping to renew what has become tired and dull you so that you can return to a radiant, open heart.

We will build heat to burn off stagnation and limitation, but with the equal aim of cultivating ease within ourselves.

Sundays are historically rest days. And we need rest days. We need time ‘outside’ of time. Step onto your mat and enter the portal- sacred time where the body becomes prayer.
