Slow Strength
friday 12 - 1:15 pm
with Serena
This class focuses on somatic awareness and movement re-education, using yoga as a tool for nervous system regulation and postural rehabilitation. The practice emphasizes the mind-body connection to help us understand our movement patterns and develop healthier relationships with our bodies through the practice of awareness. Through the dance of mind and body, effort and ease, may we remain in a state of yoga so we may be in full participation with the life in front of us!
This class emphasizes building strength, marrying breath to movement, and finding ease in our movements. Though a strong class, all are welcome and encouraged to find just the right effort for themselves that day.
Friday Evening Yoga
friday 6 - 7:15 pm
What does it mean to be embodied? What are the ways that we become disembodied? Friday evening offers a perfect opportunity to explore these questions together through yoga practice.
In this class we will move through a series of poses to reconnect with the essence of embodiment. This class offers seated, standing and supine poses, along with breath work, movement explorations and meditations to deliver you back into the deep center of yourself, so that you may live with the brightness of your own life force.
You can expect a slower, more reflective rhythm with time for both movement and stillness, paced to digest the week and create space for the weekend ahead. Release what no longer serves and allow what wants to stay to remain. Leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and fully present to live the life in front of you.
Energizing Flow
saturday 9:00 - 10:00 am
with Angie
This class aims to assist students in passing through the energetic gate of the “weekend” with a greater sense of freedom through embodiment.
This class serves all levels and will invite you to explore your unique limits with honesty and reverence. We will somatically explore our edges, slough off physical and energetic stagnation, and create space for the spirit to fully occupy the body once again. Together we will study how our capacity to let breath in translates to our ability to let life in.
We strive to leave the mat primed to meet our families, communities, and selves with bright hearts, balanced minds, and grounded bodies.
We close class with a mini crystal bowl sound bath in savasana
All Levels Flow

Sunday Vinyasa
sunday 10:30 - 12 pm
with Suzanne
Come home to your self with a class aimed at helping to renew what has become tired and dull you so that you can return to a radiant, open heart.
Sundays are historically rest days for a reason- We need time ‘outside’ of time. But in order to rest, many of us need first to move in a strong, dynamic way- to make the friction that melts the inner tension we feel as stagnation and limitation.
More advanced postures will be offered with a modified, accessible alternative.
Step onto your mat and enter the portal- sacred time where the body becomes prayer.
