We are so happy you’re joining us.

Retreat includes- us flying in ONE pack filled with your gear and tent, guidance/permit for hike, packing list, six nights stay, three meals daily beginning with dinner on the 24th through breakfast on the 30th, 2-3 yoga sessions daily. We can not necessarily accommodate dietary requests so please let us know what they are ASAP. Meals will be gluten free and vegetarian option.

The retreat is weather dependent- (Cancellation is up to our discretion). You'll be fully refunded if we need to cancel.

The Big Flat home exists on public lands. And the Lost Coast is dangerous. You must agree to walk in small groups of no less than two and no more than 4.

You must be in physical condition to hike for 10 rugged miles on the beach.
