Wake up slowly, welcome the day, and give yourself the time and space you’re craving to connect back to your body and dance with your breath.
Every class is creative to keep you in the present moment, but with a familiar arch that respects the tradition of the practice and your body’s natural intelligence.
This class is appropriate for all levels (that doesn’t mean it’s easy!) and aims to deepen your breath, free the body, and sharpen your mind.

Online classes will be livestreamed AND recorded. If you can’t make the live class you’ll be able to access the recording afterwards at your convenience. They’re available for 7 days to encourage you to consistently practice. This also means you can do them more than once! Music will be recommended.
