Through understanding the ancient wisdom of the five Vayus (winds of Prana), you'll develop a profound relationship with breath, your most intimate connection to life itself.
What you’ll learn:
• The five Vayus and their role in guiding your practice toward deeper breath awareness
How your body holds tension patterns and effective techniques for releasing them
Methods to explore your Sankalpa—your heart's deepest longing or desire
The fascinating parallels between modern understanding of the nervous system and ancient yogic maps of Prana
A complete system for sustainable physical health and energetic wellbeing
What to Expect:
Each session combines breath work and movement practices designed to awaken your inner alignment while releasing long-held tensions. We'll explore the philosophy of the five Vayus, awakening your senses to dimensions of yourself previously unknown and unseen. Between sessions, you'll receive practices and homework for deeper exploration of these concepts at home, creating a continuous journey of discovery.
