Evening All Levels Flow with B


This is your daily/weekly go-to yoga class to get a little bit of everything. This class will connect you to your breath, your core, your limbs, and your spirit. We’ll move with our breath in simple flows AND find stillness in postures to deepen them with the breath. Beginner to advanced - this class gets everyone to drop in deeply.

B believes in mindful movement to access the innate intelligence of our bodies. She’s influenced by a background in D1 athletics, physical therapy, alternative rehabilitation practices, anatomy trains, vipassana meditation, and more. B’s classes will give you the physical container to understand the mind and spirit with grace and curiosity. She believes you have everything you need to take your well-being into your own hands.
