February Strength Series with B


We all want a morning yoga practice, but few of us have the self discipline to consistently create one at home. To go against the familiar grooves of staying up late or sleeping in is difficult! 

This series is your accountability. Four weeks. Eight classes. Show up twice a week and let the repetition do what repetition does: carve a new groove.

The movement practice itself will be simple and steady: slow, rhythmic sequences to stir your blood, build strength through your core, shoulders, and legs, and dissolve the heaviness that often greets you first thing in the morning.

And it'll be fun!!! Challenging in the best way. The kind of practice where your quads burn, your thoughts get loud, and choosing to stay through all of it feels weirdly victorious.

You'll gather energy that lasts, cultivate clarity about what really matters, and carry yourself forward with a steadier kind of joy.

No drop-ins. All levels welcome. Classes are recorded and available for 7 days.
