Begin the day with purpose! With a good honest effort in movement, breath, and community.
Each morning session will be focused on slow, rhythmic movements to increase the heart-rate as well as build core, shoulder and leg strength. The poses will be accessible for most levels and will take into account the stiffness that's often present when practicing in the morning.
Move into the rest of your day ready to meet challenges with energy, grace and a good sense of humor.
