October Practice Sādhanā


 

Join Suzanne for this Fall Practice Sādhanā - an opportunity to learn and practice a modified version of the Ashtanga primary series.

Suzanne has created an hour-long sequence to help you have a reliable go-to practice as we move into the dark season. This involves learning the primary invocation to the Ashtanga practice, 40 minutes of asana, 5 minutes of pranayama and 10 minutes of meditation- all woven with the divine thread of the breath awareness.

Monday and Wesdnesday

October 20th - November 12th

You will be given a visual handout reference of the practice so you can continue to learn it after we end. This is open to all levels of practitioner. This is a great start for complete beginners or anyone wanting to start having a consistent home practice.

We will begin in silence. Suzanne will be available to answer questions after practice.
