Begin straightening out your bunions!
Often we are lead to believe that bunions are inevitable or permanent- leading to a deep sense of powerlessness. But in actuality, the feet are very adaptable and always willing to move in the direction of health. As the basis of our entire skeleton- healthy feet are the foundation of a healthy life.
Whether you are just starting to see signs of twisting in your foot or whether the base of your big toe already sticks out into a “bunion” thats been there for decades - its not too late to shift your foot patterns. And beginning to have healthier feet is deeply empowering.
Our bodies are malleable and even your bunions can make drastic shifts over time. Come explore your foot mobility with techniques to help you wake up your feet and achieve an easeful gait.
The class will primarily focus on explorations of:
-foot/big toe proprioception
-increasing foot/ big toe mobility
-daily self massage and movement practices
-awareness of gait
