Strength Series with B


This series is about showing up when you say you’re going to. It's about beginning the day on purpose.


The discipline isn't innate. This series is your accountability. Three weeks. Six classes. Show up twice a week and let the repetition do what repetition does: carve a new groove. Before you know it, you’re not just “trying morning yoga”… you’re someone who has a regular morning practice.

The movement practice itself is simple and steady: slow, rhythmic sequences to stir your blood, build strength through your core, shoulders, and legs, and dissolve the morning stiffness.

And I make it fun!!! Challenging in the most satisfying way. The kind of practice where your muscles burn, your mind protests, and choosing to stay through the difficult moment feels somehow ridiculously empowering.

You'll build energy that lasts, confidence in your ability to do hard things, and a greater ability to have a good attitude while doing them. What a great way to start the day!

No drop-ins. All levels welcome. Classes are recorded and available for 7 days.

* Each class will be recorded available for replay for 1 week after the live session to encourage consistent practice.
