We are living through a time that asks a lot of us, emotionally, mentally, energetically. And one of the most radical things you can do right now is carve out space to go inward.
As the natural world stirs back to life, we are invited to do the same. Spring is a portal, a time to shed what we have been carrying through the darker months, uncover what has been waiting beneath the surface, and step forward with more clarity, more presence, and more of ourselves.
Breathwork is one of the most powerful practices I know for exactly this. It offers fresh perspective on the thoughts, emotions, and beliefs that have been holding us back and the power to release whatever stands in the way of our expansion.
In yoga, the breath is considered the vehicle of consciousness the bridge between our waking awareness and the subconscious realms within. By dramatically shifting how we breathe, we can shift emotions and beliefs at our core, allowing us to feel less stuck, more integrated, and able to move forward with greater ease and grace.

About your guide: Jenna is a spiritual empowerment mentor and breathwork facilitator who has dedicated her life to empowering others to heal, grow & evolve so they can live more fulfilling lives, one with more dedication, purpose & passion.
She is a certified breathwork facilitator of Clarity breathwork of The Breath Center, a certified Yoga body breath coach, Craniosacral therapist, herbalist and healer.
Jenna combines her knowledge of different modalities to create her own unique breathing experience which she calls, “Journey With Breath.” She infuses ceremony, pranayama, meditation into her workshops, and incorporates music to create a deep journey within.
She has been holding breathwork workshops and working 1:1 with clients for over seven years and it is through her unique encounters with profound insight and healing, that have fueled her passion to share these powerful techniques with the world.
BREATHWORK CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Trauma: If you have just recently had a traumatic experience (within the last 6 months) or have a lot of unprocessed trauma in general a private session is more appropriate to begin with, due to the fact that the breath can sometimes bring these traumatic events to the surface. However, it is always dependent on the person and their personal journey. Please reach out to Jenna if you are unsure.
Heart conditions: If you have any heart conditions, you are welcome to attend but you must let Jenna know so she can modify the practice for you. Some breaths are contraindicated with heart conditions.
Pregnancy: If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant, it is safe to attend, however, it is suggested that you wait until your 2nd trimester. Regardless of what trimester you are in, please contact Jenna before the workshop so she can alter the breath to accommodate your pregnancy stage.
