We are thrilled OmBoldt will be in the Creamery Building again this year! And Lori Snyder will be here and teaching and speaking as well!
The creamery building is made up of two giant towers- one wood and one cement- - OmBoldt will be taking over the upstairs of both Tosha (the wood tower) and the cement tower (above the pub).
The vendors and registration will be in the courtyard to the south of Tosha- near Redwood Raks dance center. This year there will be childcare as well provided so moms can come attend class!
How to Attend:
You can come for a single class or the entire weekend. If you’d like to attend your normal Tosha class you’re welcome to come as you usually do to Tosha on Saturday signing up on the schedule here or just dropping in. Please enter through the normal Tosha entrance if you are attending as a regular Tosha student.
Angie will be teaching at 9 am on Saturday the 4th and Ellie will be teaching at 10:30.
On Sunday, Suzanne will be leading a Full Practice based on the Turning into Fall.
Instead of her two regular classes- there will be ONE three hour class. This is an opportunity for us to practice more deeply than we normally do- with full pranayam and meditation time at the end. This will allow more depth and grace; perhaps a deeper level of consciousness than we normally reside in.
The practice will begin at 9 am on Sunday and end at 11:45.
